In a company with a legal organizational culture employees work together to ensure the company reaches its goals. This composing will discuss the graphic symbols leadership and management play in a powerful organizational culture. How the four functions of management support and maintain a healthy organizational culture will also be addressed. In addition, strategies that leaders can use to promote a healthy culture will also be reviewed.Each company has a vision. A leader helps others to see the vision and inspire them to make the vision reality. Bateman and Snell (2007) depone that leadership is ineffective without a vision, employees or teams can establish a vision for jobs o r an organization, and many people are more cogitate on carrying out his or her duties each mean solar day.
